As Ethos’ General Counsel, Ken is responsible for all legal
issues affecting Ethos and its clients. Ken also is a principal of Ethos. For more than 20 years, Ken has represented the State of Michigan and private clients throughout the United States regarding professional ethics, real estate and complex business matters. His clients include professional athletes, Fortune 500 companies, closely held businesses and high net-worth individuals. Ken earned his law degree from University of Detroit in 1982 and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 1979. He is admitted to practice in Michigan and before the United States Supreme Court, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and Federal District Courts in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. Ken and his wife Kathryn have four sons and live in West Bloomfield, Michigan. |
