Dino (the founding member of Ethos) is Ethos' Chief Executive/Operating
Officer and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Ethos. Dino is a certified contract advisor for the National Football League and is a licensed attorney who has spent the last ten years negotiating and litigating complex commercial business matters throughout the United States as a partner of a business law firm located in Birmingham, Michigan. Among his clients are former NFL players, publicly traded companies, closely held businesses and high net-worth individuals. Dino has acted as legal counsel to several former NFL players with respect to “off the field” business and real estate ventures. In addition to his legal background, Dino also has a finance and business administration background. The diversity of Dino’s professional background gives him an invaluable understanding of the business side of professional sports. Dino believes that the business side of professional sports is no different than any other commercial enterprise. Dino’s legal background taught him the importance of exhaustive research, meticulous preparation, and creative thinking. Dino has been able to successfully service his clients by retaining his personal “ethos” of providing efficient creative solutions with unequaled personal service. He applies those same values to the representation of professional athletes. Dino earned his law degree from Michigan State University and his undergraduate degree in corporate finance from Wayne State University. He is a member of the Bar in Michigan, has been admitted in several federal courts across the United States and is an active member of several bar organizations. |
